Setting up Simple Invoicing

|

– Launch Simple Invoicing in the Chrome Web Store
– Enter your company name and address
– You can customize the information lines at the bottom of the invoice
– Select your currency from the drop down list: $, € or £
– Extensive context sensitive help to guide setting up your invoice
– Hit Submit and you’re ready to start creating invoices

Creating your invoices

|

– Enter your invoice information: customer’s name, address, reference and description
– Enter the amount, and tax rate if applicable
– Tax and totals are automatically calculated
– You can change the template info right here too if you’d like (e.g. your company name, currency, etc.)
– Hit the ‘Create Invoice’ button and your invoice is stored in your Google Drive and a PDF version is emailed to you

– After you’ve created a few invoices, Simple Invoicing makes it even easier and quicker to create invoices
– You can select previous customers from the select list and all invoice information is automatically populated
– Update any of the invoice information and hit Create Invoice – great for repeat / periodic invoicing

Your invoice is automatically emailed to your inbox

– Your invoice is stored in your Google Drive in Google Docs format
– A PDF version of the invoice has been emailed to you – review it and email or mail to your customer
