Company Setup
  • Input your company’s information to have it saved for future invoices
  • Select your company’s preferences on currency, tax labels, and date formats
  • Add detailed information lines to your invoices for a thorough, personalized invoice
Personalized Invoices
  • Start creating your invoice by adding your customer’s name and address (optional) – later when you have added some customers, the app will let you select your customers from a list
  • Your invoice is 100% editable; modify the suggested invoice number and date if you like; add reference and description information (there’s actually a lot of space available in the invoice so you can be as detailed as you like)
  • Enter the invoice amount, select tax if applicable (you can enter the tax rate percentage and Simple Invoicing will automatically calculate the tax amount and update the total)

Send Invoices
